What is the Best Marine Resoration polish?

I have a 1994 fish and ski that has black sparkle fishish. It is starting to fade pretty bad from the hot Texas sun, and I would like to try to keep it from fading worse. I have tried most of the resoration Wax/polish they sell at West Marine, but they don't seem to make it shiny again. Can you tell me what may work best?

I've read about a fiberglass restoration product called "Island Girl System" that is made in Hawaii. It removes the oxidation and restores the gel coat without abrasives and wax.
