I am having a difficulty with my outboard, when we were out hunting at the boat ramp we put the boat in and she ran fine until 5 min later when she shut off.. i kept trying to crank it but she would run but wouldn't hold it.. videos here: https://youtu.be/ngtbzP8qggg

It does not look like your motor is pumping water. Do a compression and spark test before anything. Report back the results the spark needs to jump at least a 7/16" air gap and compression should be over 100 psi.

If you manually pump the primer bulb, will it keep running? If so, the fuel pump likely needs some attention.

ok so how do i need to adjust the the throttle knob on the end of the tiller handle?

That is a throttle lock for trolling nothing more.
