I recently purchased this outboard and replaced the plugs on the engine. Question is, which plug wire goes to which plug? One of the wires from the stator has a white sleeve near the plug head. Does this go on the top or bottom cylinder?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Thanks for the feedback. Looking at the manual for these, you can do a polarity check on the coil with a lead pencil approx 1/4" from the plug wire. So I assume it will jump atleast a 1/4". Is this your question?

I think racerone means get a spark checker and test the spark, does it jump 1/4 inch, on each lead of your motor, yes or no.
