What is yalls opinions on a pair of 2005 200hp etecs that have been sitting since 2008. They have replaced a few things and claim the boat is water ready. The engine print outs on one engine is strange to me because the run time that is broken down into rpm's to seconds of run time does not match up to the total engine hours. Also should I be concerned about the no oil run time? See pics of print outs. Any opinions are appreciated.

Wow I see what you are saying, one motor looks like it ran for 28 mins. with no oil. Maybe he had a faulty oil alarm at one point?

What do you think about the no oil run time? Based on what you see should I pass on the boat?

Due to the possible overheating of BOTH engines, and 28 minutes of no oil run time on the one motor, 3 minutes on the other, Id be FREAKED about this. Man it is awesome to have this type of info available on the newer motors. On the plus side though, the motors have under 700 hours of run time, and most of their lives have been spent under 4500rpms.

Also note that one motor had 700 start cycles, and the other had 117, which I find very odd, seeing as the hour count on the motors is similar.

Could all be fine. Have you gotten compression readings by any change? Also, I wonder if there was an oil sensor that had gone bad one day rather than the engine actually being starved of oil, so the ECU "thinks" that it was run without oil.
