74 Evinrude 115 hp firing problem

I just got this engine about a month ago , ran a little rough , got it on the water anyway , right bank of cylinders fires sporadically , other side fine ? charges good , and when the cylinders fire it runs great ? I think it is the powerpack , but I hate to chase the problem with expensive parts ! the "triggers" ? under the flywheel look a little worn , This is my first stab at outboard repair any ideas ????

Looks like the flywheel rubs them , it's back together or I would post a pic

The timer base sensors , sorry i did not know the name , flywheel gets pretty hot also .
