Ironically I just bought one for the same identical motor off of ebay. There is one more left when i bought mine 2 days ago. Another source is on yamaha-motor.com you go to manuals then outboards then you find your year and model number. It will be 80 bucks, but i got mine on ebay for thirty. Try ebay first.
