Hey all. Going to look at a '72 24' Stamas flybridge with a 350/5.7 OMC. Owner says the engine was rebuilt 2 yrs ago, and claims (yeah, like I believe this) it'll do 75mph. 
LOL! Anyway, not looking for a speed boat, so I couldn't care about the speed. I know Stamas had a great reputation in the 70's, but is there anything in particular I should be looking out for? Anyone with any experience with the older Stamas's? Thanks guys!
