Just bought a 1987 Foxfire 170V with a 115 mercury from a fellow that hasn't used it for over a year and a half been in his garage got it for 1500

i just purchased a 270z charger and wondering if i changed the lower end oil correctly,and then problem with my tilt switch,will lower but wont lift im currenly using a jump wire to raise it
