Any Any difference in '91 and '92 9.9 OEM manuals?

Someone on Ebay sold me what was advertised to be a 1992 Johnson manual and it was actually a 1991.

I am going to let him know that advertising like that is fraud, even if the manuals are informationally the same.

1992 model year manuals have 1991 copyright date on the cover.

That's what the seller's reply was. Why isn't my model listed then? Doesn't make much sense.

You are not giving your model number nor the part number of your manual, so I can't speculate.

But there are many models within most years for the 9.9HP Outboards.

Models years for outboards are just like in cars; the 1992 models came out in the last part of calendar 1991 along with the factory service manual. If the manual says it is for "EN", then it is for the correct year.

It's a J10rena 1992. It wasn't listed. The manual is"EN".
