I'm trying to educate myself on what happens to RPM and MPH as you change prop sizes. Let me propose a hypothetical;
If I'm running B4 props at 4200 RPM going 30 MPH, what would I likely see in RPM and MPH if nothing else changes except I change to B3 props?
What would I likely see If I went to B5 Props?
I've heard each step up or down is about 150 rpm?
Is a B4 set going to spin faster than a B3 set?

A B4 is a higher pitch than a B3. You will run less RPM with the B4. The speed vs RPM is usually shown in the prop section of the service manual.
