71 125 WOT issue

I have a 1971 V4 125. Carbs rebuilt, new fuel pump, new fuel lines, new power pack. Plugs gapped at .030

The issue I am having is at WOT it will run great, but it will eventually bog down an feel like I am dragging the anchor.

Any ideas I would appreciate it.

Run it til it starts bogging down, then...

try pumping the fuel bulb to see if it picks up.

use a timing light to see if a coil is dropping out.

Before going out to do this I'd remove the coils and clean the grounds, inspect coils for cracks.

Tried pumping the bulb and it was still hard, so no change. All the grounds have be checked and cleaned. Coil is new as well. I only have the 1 coil.

Any other ideas? I feel like I am missing something easy.
