The Motor turns over slowly as if the battery is dead, however the battery is not dead and yet it still turns over slow. It acts like it is not getting enough voltage to the engine. It seems that something is restricting the energy flow, but i dont know what. Both the start and silenoid are good. Can anyone offer any assistance to this problem?

Usual causes are bad connections. Clean thoroughly and make everything shiny. If still bad then do the jumper cables thing but make certain you have good quality cables and not the cheap ones. If still no good then I would suspect the starter. Take it to a starter / alternator specialist and have it checked out and tested. If bad then they can rebuild it for you. If still no good then most likely the first 2 and most inexpensive checks were not done properly.

Equipment: Status:

old Starter Problem checked by Biven's Starter Repairs

New Starter Same as 1st Starter

Things Ive tried:
All grounds were cleaned throughly, the ground on the battery with jumper cables and grounded the motor. In result the motor still turned over slowly. took the jumper cable and hooked it to the starter and the battery, still turned over slowly. The battery has been tested its a 13V easy with the motor off. The Starter doesnt turn fast enough for the bendix to release as a result the starter become hot.

Thank you to everyone who has been trying to help!

Then it must be a bad connection somewhere.
