Don S. thanks for the pdf service manual help, the only thing i could use for 4.3L mercruiser is service manual #41(deals with "TKS"turn key system) and parts manuals for Alpha 1 Gen II(part#80975998) and parts manual for '05 (262cid) 4.3L 190hp carb'd engine(884714002)----if you could share this info with me it would be very helpful
