1967 meteor 100 help

ok iam a newbie to boating i have a 1967 glaspar with a johnson meteor 100hp.on it is this motor a 4 stroke?? and how were the motors as far as performance and reliablity??? thanks .. and if they are a 4 stroke where do u check the oil at

2-Stroke.

Mix 50:1. (one pint TCW-3 rated outboard oil to six gallons of regular unleaded gas).

Pretty reliable but real gas hogs.
