JB.
The boat arrived today
Thought I would show you some photos.
Hope others find it interesting too.
Dosn't look anything like it did when you last saw it.

We slide them off the trailer. Bit of a very tricky task actually. Havn't rolled one over "yet"!!!!

There she goes, safe and sound, and still on her bottom and not her side.

then off comes the carcase of the trailer. All finished....well unloading anyway.

She is exceptionally dirty from all the dust and grime she has been exposed to.
On inspection, I am very happy with your inspection of it JB.
It is everything, (maybe a bit more) than I expected for the dollars I paid.
By the time we have finished with it, it will look startling.

Ran in to a big problem with it at quarantine.
They found spiders in the container, which they had to both identify and eliminate, and of course had to go over and over the boat to see if there were anymore hiding....many, many times.
Bucks later it got the all clear.
Not a big issue....nothing ever goes according to plan or budget.

My kid Hayden sunk all his savings into a part share in this one, so he is going to clean it up this weekend.....amazing how he dosn't want me "wasting money" on cleaners.....

Once again, thanks JB. Very much appreciated.

Cheers
Phillip

OH WOW , she's beautiful Phil. :)

How will you get her off the ground and transport her to the harbor?

More importantly ;) have you named her yet ?

Is that one a keeper? Or will you give the future buyer the option to be the first in naming her? ...That is of course if she has not been already named by the previous owners.

With all the deadly arachnids you have there, Phil, you don't need Texas black widows. :)

Re: JB: boat arrived today.

No worries aspeck.....PM me for a price, I'll give you my bank details, and it should be in your hands in 6-8 weeks.(hee! hee!)

Anyway, on to the serious stuff.
Vlad....you have given me a good idea.

The boat is definitely a "she", so now a question for you Ladyfish.....the artwork for your little logo.....do you have a bigger version I could give to my sign maker.

This is what I am thinking......the boat is definitely a "she", so anything relating to JB is out this time....but as the boat comes from Texas, and so does Ladyfish......why not call it "Ladyfish", with her little logo in front of the name.
I could just get it made up into a sticker, maybe 8" long, one each side of the bow and one on the butt!!....just like a tasty little Tatoo.

If no one objects, and I can get the artwork, then I will get a price.

What do you reckon??

If a buyer takes it off, so what??

Weird thing about boat's.....most men think of a boat as a lady....tuly a labor of love...but one very bad side note....they never talk back hence just bust out another $1000.00 without even batting a eye...;) One damm cruel joke huh......:D

I'd be truly honored Phil. :)

Unfortunately, the logo is tiny, I've tried increasing the size but it get's too pixelated. :/

Where'd you find it? I might be able to re-draw it larger if we could find a more detailed image.

Re: JB: boat arrived today.

Do you want to do something like that for us Spots?
Obviously Ladyfish would like something bigger, and you know me, half a chance, and I'll take it.
Ladyfish, you should see what Spots put together for a Birthday party me and Anita had last year....very professional.....he's good...mind you, thats his job

I will never be able to use my logo on the water....I'll never return!!~

Sure, that'll be fun. Never did a mural for a boat before!

Y'know, you could use that pic of you in that hat from that party!:D

Re: JB: boat arrived today.

I'm not exactly sure that would help sell the boat Spots....in fact it definitely won't help sell the boat.

I tell you what tho......and I'm not going to do it....but the face of a particular lady in the dress you put Anita in, and the hat, would definitely be a winner....we'll just imagine it....no way I would do it though.

Take my word for it Ladyfish, Spots is a pro in this field....very gifted.

One day I am going to get around to putting up the invite you designed and some of the party photos.

Anyway, back to the main-game.....if you can come up with the artwork for a sticker with Ladyfish and her logo, and if she is still ok with it, I will get it priced out and bingo!!

Cheers
Phillip
