carb overflowing

I have a 1993 mariah with a 4.3 v-6 in it the mercarb is letting gas flow into the manifold it is running in at the bottom of the carb can that power valve go bad and let gas just pour into the intake mahifold.

Rebuild it, or have it re-built. Float is stuck.

I put a new needle and seat in it I thought that was the problem also,I also put a new gasket on it.

Total re build time; the gunk carb cleaner is expensive.
But cheaper than the shop.

So I should buy a complete rebuild kit fir it and do a complete rebuild???

I was looking at carb kits online the only thing I have not put new in it is the power jet thats why i was wondering if it could get bad and let gas pour thru the jets at the bottom of the throttle body.

Ayuh,...... That apart of the Rebuilding process......

The Float could also be Too Heavy.....
