link 'n' synch?

can anybody explain how to do a link 'n' synch. i have a 69 johnson 25hp electric start. thanks!

it's in the service manual, for your motor, every one is a little different.

can anybody tell me what the full spark advance setting is for that motor. i cant find it in my manual anywhere.
