okay so i got it running and the only thing is my dad wants to know where the water is supposed to "pee" from the motor. right now its coming out the exhaust...is there any other place it should come out?

From the little exhaust hole half way up.

okay its just spittin out that hole and a little bit of oil is leaking out with it. what can i do to help this?

It should be putting a horse-healthy discharge/spray out of that hole. If it's not much, time to replace the water pump impeller. Otherwise you risk overheating and damaging it.

is there some kind of manual online that would tell me how to put this part on the motor? Or an exploded view on the motor?

no questions yet, just about to get my FD-10 going, and i have been reading this site all day, just wanted to thank you all for what I have already learned.

it has been at least 2 years since this motor was run but it was winterized at a shop before that so i'm hoping all will go well.
