Dear Santa, I need OMC 3.8L manifolds

I have a 1982 OMC stringer with the GM 3.8L v-6 engine (actually I have twins so I have 2 of the little buggers)...we are in the process of rebuilding the port engine and are looking for new manifolds and risers for this motor. I have checked online (google) and have found for 4.3L but nothing for me engine.
I dont know if the 4.3 L manifolds will bolt up but they are all center riser and my manifolds are end riser style.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find a set of these (or two maybe)?

OSCO has a retrofit.

Those are pretty! I had those "Bat Wing" type one piece manifolds on my OMC V6 twins, they were a bugger to find, and pricey, replaced 2 of them, then found a much better solution,,, Sold the boat!

For the record... if Ryan could adjust the code a bit so only the BB image code showed instead of a preview look, adding spaces and comments between pictures would be a lot easier.

To my knowledge OSCO does not sell direct. I got them through Boat Fix. Iboats did not have them. Check around. You have 3 separate pieces to order, (manifold, riser and elbow kit) plus you need to get the large exhaust hose from someplace. I found it on Ebay.

You may want to check ebasicpower.com.I know they beat everyones prices on the Oscoe 4.3 OMC manifolds.I bet they have the 3.8's too.

in the summer, I checked doug russell and one other place on the east coast - they both had one OMC 3.8 manifold (i forget which, but both places had the same side of course) and said the other side was on backorder. I did not follow up if they ever got the other side. I can't imagine where it would be coming from, but dougrussell insisted it wasn't NLA.

Go2marine is listing some for a 3.8 omc.Not sure if its the correct ones or not,but worth a look.

And you need the 803035 Elbow. When I bought mine, they were offered in a kit that included the 3" hose and clamps.
