Can anybody tell what # float will work on 1955 15hp evinrude #15014, iboats list start at 18hp-75hp can any of those work on this motor, find it hard that they dont carry floats for smaller motors thanks Brian
The original float for that engine was part #375919. Sierra/Napa don't make a replacement. I would try Your OMC dealer. Bet they can help you. You may want or need to get a kit with the float in it.
375919 was a cork float that is attacked by alcohol in today's fuel. It has been replaced by 396514 which should be a fuel-proof black composite material.
