How to Winterize a Boat

I was trying first to search through the threads to find this. It might be something for an FAQ too.

I have a Johnson GT150. What is the procedure for winterizing?

Also is it a good idea to put stabalizer in the gas?

It's a good idea to put stabilizer in even in the summer time. If it's going to sit at all, gas can go bad surprisingly quickly. Especially if it's in a built-in tank.
