hi all
can someone advise me where to wire the volt meter to??? does it connect straight on the battery or through the engine

On the frount of your control box there is a plug in for a tach, use a voltmeter and will find a + and - plug the positive turns on and off with the ign switch thats where I hook them up
There is a far easier place to connect the voltmeter. Every one of your other gauges except the speedometer and water pressure (if you have one)has a POS and NEG terminal on it. The gauges get power only when the key is on. Connect the POS and NEG terminal on the voltmeter to the POS and NEG terminal on any of those gauges.
