Anybody besides me think that outsourcing is going a bit to far, now they?re outsourcing the CIA.


It?s bad enough that we have a shadow force in Iraq of about 1000,000, mercenaries called Backwater USA, now there outsourcing our intelligence service.

Who headed THAT star chamber? If Cheney did it, than he should be impeached... This is SCAREY!! I'll have to do some research and see if I can find more information on the genisis of this ingenius out-sourcing scheme. Anyhow, Impeach whoever got this past the American people in the first place -- BUT DO NOT STOP THERE!

If this is a journalist telling a contractor how to do their job, it is manufactured news. and a breach of national security.. Niether is acceptable.
Hell, this Washington post's article is a breach of national security!

There should be a full-scale investigation, and all those journalists found to be involed in leaking these national security secrets should be tried in a military tribunal off-shore.
And upon guilty verdict,hung.

And it should proove without any shred of a doubt that gubment beurocracies do not work.
Private buisnesses have to produce the product under contract, or lose the contract.
That's why Haliburton ands Merc are still employed, and why Grumman and boeing still build military aircraft.

The CIA, and before that, the OSS always contracted with many non-employees for the gathering and analysis of intelligence.

Accept it, gents. Spooking is a spooky business.

Nobody is better at it than MOSSAD. Maybe we should hire them.
