Compass works fine for a while, Then it goes crazy. I've already replaced circuit board/compass Assy. Is there a certain distance the magnet assy sets away from the compass?

As far as I know, the regulars that I see on this section of the board often, don't own one. Try calling or emailing Minn Kota, they have been real helpful for me.
