Old carpet glue

After you pull up your carpet, how do you remove the old, hardened glue that sticks to the hull?

A 4,1/2" Grinder with a Cup Wirebrush mounted on it,.........
It Peels the stuff Right Off........

and safety glasses, mask, shop vac. and real old clothes. change in the garage before going into the house if you know whats good for you.

I used about a 4" razor blade scraper from the flooring dept. at your local home improvement store. Works good just be careful not to gouge the surface.

the PO used Liquid nails to hold down the old carpet. I was thinking of using the scraper like dadgum said
