How to know the model number with the serial number?

Somebody take off the label of the engine what I bought, and I need to know the "model number", the only information what I have is the serial number: 4BCXMD105210, Johnson 115 hp, salt water. Can somebody help me to know the model number? Thanks

on the rear of the block is a silver round dics, it has the numbers stampe on it.

I am haveing the same problem Johnson 115 serial number G04751057. Need to know model number or year.
