1996 Johnson 25 HP fUEL CARB LEAK

HI FOLKS..I WAS OPERATING AT FULL SPEED TODAY AND THEN LOST HALF POWER... BACK AT THE DOCK I NOTICED FUEL PULSING FROM A BRASS SCREW WITH A CENTER OPENING OVER THE CARBUERATOR AIR INTAKE OPENING... ANY IDEAS...THANKS..............JEFF

Hey JB..Is there a way to take off the float bowl housing (4 screws) without taking out the carbuerator ( alot in the way).nice fish......"Sailors Delight"..Jeff
