Hello all and thanks in advance for your help.
I have an 8hp 4-stroke Evinrude on my sailboat. The last time I went out, it stalled. When I started it up again, I noticed that the stream of cooling output water was not present as it should be. I'm thinking that there's a clog of salt deposits or growth or something, in the cooling system hose. Does anyone have any experience with this problem and how to solve it? I guess my next step will be to go to West Marine and look for some sort of flushing solution to add to the fresh water flushing that I am trying. I've tried to blast it out but no luck so far.
Thanks.
Sue
