For some reason only the bottom cilinder of my 1976 35 hp chrysler will run.... No big deal I thought, did some check on the net got out my Seloc but after the following checks I kinda run dry.....<br />- switched spark plugs<br />- checked compression (90 psi for both)<br />- checked fuel pump, <br />- switched ignition units (coils, capacitors etc)<br />- switched contact points<br />- checked head gasket<br />- visually checked pistons/ cilinders<br /> bottom one is a bit scored but this is the one<br /> that is working, for the rest nothing to report<br />- played with the fuel/ air mix screw on the <br /> carb<br />- switched inlet valves<br />- checked timing <br /><br />That's about all I could come up with.....<br />any more suggestions? Except for the junk yard?
