Hey Guys, First post here, so Just wanted to say Hi and there seems to be a wealth of knowledge on the boards here with knowledgable people.
I have been reading that the Bass Tracker boats (I have a 2010 175TXW) have an extra plug or wires under the front motor trim plate.
My questions are:
1. how are you running your wires through the plate (or is there already a hold for water drainage? and is this what your are running the wires through?) to ge the power to the head unit?
2. Abouts where on the front of the boat are you mounting the head unit and how are your doing it? (Thought it would cool to mount it recessed on the same board panel the trim switch is mounted!)
3. What about Transducer mounting? I know I could probably put it on the Trolling Motor but would really like some input on if anyone has thru-hull mounted theres somewhere up front where the bow is always in water and how did you do it?
If any of you guys have or could snap and upload some photos of your setup that would also help so much!
