need part

My husband and I just bought a 1973 Slickcraft SS-225 from a friend. He bought it new in 1995. It had been sitting on the show room floor at a boat dealer. He had it in the water 3 times. It has less than 50 hours on the motor. It set in his yard uncovered for a while so we have had to really treat the teak wood and we are in the process of having the seats all redone. The cabin has never been slept in and the toliet never used. We took it out for a try and a couple of things happened, I'm sure because of the age and it not being used. The handle where you shift it into forward or reverse has a little white button through it. I believe you push this to change gears. Well, the button was really hard to push and it cracked. And then by the shift is a idle lever. And on the inside, the plastic part that controls the idle broke. Does anyone know where we can get these 2 parts or does anyone have these parts they would like to sell? Thanks, Jan
