yes mine says the same thing in weight but 8 people max...but probably 6 now since i took out the back to back seats...just wanted more room to stretch the legs. above the oil filter? well above the oil filter is just the exhaust manifold..but if your looking at the oil filter straight on ..then to the left is just a turn valve to let the water out...and to the right of the oil filter is a oil sending unit. hope this helps...here is a pic.

Mrcash 2u thats a perfect picture.. I thought mine had no threads ... there was a broken piece in it got it out and fixed... In that picture behind the battery is a white coated wire.. its long enough to to to alternator.. i dont know where it goes. I would say a regular wire put in aqarium tubing aged kinda.. but behind the batery there is like a metal conector that splices? the wire in.. Also in the engine block just behind the alternator ( you cant c it in this picture because the alternators blocking it) is a round sensor with one pigtail conector on it. I have no wires going to it .. I thought that clear wire might go to it.. Thanks everyone for the info on the weight!!!!!

Hello,

I just wanted to say you have a nice boat. I have the exact same boat in blue with the Volvo Penta AQ130/270 stern drive. Mine too has a solid deck and is in pretty good shape. My engine has a little lifter noise. I was wondering if you were able to adjust this out of yours as I recall reading you saying yours had lifter noise as well. I have pics of mine on CGOA.

white wire behind the battery...it sounds like it's the wire to the light in the back...the stern light for night time.
