Boat Building Epoxy

What brands does everyone use? I've always used West System and haven't had a problem, but I have had to wash the surfaces to remove the amine blush if I didn't immediately build up the next coats, and then at the end before painting. I always thought this was a by-product of the curing process for all epoxies. In reading through the threads I see some guys are using different brands where the amine blush doesn't occur. I'd love to be able to skip the washing processes.

I personally like to sand the surface regardless of epoxy or poly, so there is a sanding/washing phase
