Haha, if you are talking about the green grass that was put it by the previous owner(s) to cover up the rotting of the floor. Only if the misses wants to plant something in the bow of boat.

Any tips? Iwas thinking about:

-laminating MDF fiberglass and polyester on one side but that’s again a lot of work...

Not MDF unless its something else in the Netherlands.

MDF: medium density fiberboard

Not sure what you are asking . Are you talking about the deck floor ?

Owh my, miscommunication... The deck floor should indeed be made of triplex and not MDF. Laminating triplex

-laminating one or both sides?
-Laminating will give it a rough surface, any tips on making it more smooth or other tips for getting the deck waterproof childproof and strong?

Im indeed searching for the best low cost and fast way to fix it... I normally work with figures and computers only. Fixing a ledger is way easier than fixing a boat...

Again a mini update: (please note: that I’m first timer)

-Laminated the transom.
-Placed two stingers with fiberglass putty.

Hi Guys, busting my bals here about ->
After placing the four side stingers, I want to remove the middle stingers and laminate the four stringers without the middle to give the middle of the hull some strength?. Afterwards I will laminate it one more time with the middle stringer.

Would the above be a good idea?

Yes I would glass the underside of the deck ply before installing ...
Nothing wrong with how you want to do the stringers ...imo

Either raise the deck height a bit or cut the stringers down ..
depending the size of the holes you can fill with your bedding / filleting mixture and sand ..
Painting ? Just depends on what you want to spend really ..

Looks like it just needs to be sanded smooth . A bit of touch up fairing then primed and painted . Probably don’t need yo take all the gell off ..
