Whats the best way to install Marine Vinyl, i.e. Nautolex on Boat panels for perfect corners?

Cautiously using a heat gun to gently pull and staple while bunching...it's an art as much a skill...get some radius'd wood and practice!

The only tip I have is to glue the fronts, apply the vinyl, weigh it down if you want, and let it completely dry before you try wrapping anything. If you try to glue it and then wrap it right away it will bubble on the front near the edges.

Not sure what your asking exactly.... for corners, I draw the selvage edge from the apex of the corner, staple that. the draw again each side for the first staple. end up with a "v" if that makes sense....

The Nautolex type deck vinyl is tough and has limited if any stretch to it making it very difficult to work with especially inside corners but outside corners are super easy. I just finished up with gluing, stapling and installing vinyl in my project. I used 3M 80 adhesive, stainless staples and used a power shot stapler.

I came up with a super easy and strong method of doing the corners which is what stresses most people out. To describe the process would take forever and would leave you guessing so I need to create a video showing the steps.

Here's the deck although not completely finished.

That looks fantastic. And that's what I'm looking for. A good way to do the outside corners. I have no inside ones

Do you have any reccomendations as far and "screwing" down the Deck to the stringers? I was thinking I'll just use the Stainless screws I took out and make sure they are aesthetically pleasing to the eye... possibly with a washer, but not sure yet

I use large flange blind rivets on my decks.

I've used regular screws before and they always get loose. If you do use screws though, these ones don't come out..
