Boat is a 1995 Carver 310 Santego with 5.0L Mercs and Alpha sterndrives (counter rotating). Does anyone know what these boats came with for props originally by chance?

I have twin OMC 3.8L with 800 series stringers with hydraulic selectrim.
My dash gauges are backwards, so up is down and vice versa. It was this way when I got the boat, workable, but now i've repaired most of the bigger things and am starting to pick away at the annoyances.

The second part of my conundrum is I don't know...

This past summer, i watched a guy with a 28 foot carver water ski behind it

I have twin 1985 OMC 3.8L Stringers.
The engine was flushed by a mechanic, but now in hindesite, I'm thinking about the hoses that run from the exhaust manifold to the hot water heater. Would that have been flushed during the engine flush or is it a separate process?
I just purchased my new beauty but i know the cockpit seating area is not original or extremely practical. I believe it i supposed to have a captains seat and small bench, but i'm not sure.
