I have twin Mercruiser 377 with DTS and Axius randomly I get the CCM:Lever1 error and cannot control my port engine with the DTS controls, but I still have control with the joystick.
any ideas of where I need to start diagnostics?

I just replaced my two alternators trying to resolve a low voltage issue.
My setup is as follows:
2 Mercruiser 377’s with 70amp alternators
2 starting batteries
1 house battery
1 generator starting battery.
When I measure the voltage at idle rpm I get the following results:

Update. When running at idle my VV shows voltage less than 13v. I got it a throw the error alarm when I was cranking the engine, voltage dropped to 9v and that is when the alarm get off.

This time of year here in Phoenix AZ it get very warm and very dry. What is the best method to help 3m 5200 cure? Can I spray misted water twice a day over the 5200 to add moisture?

I am looking to replace the rope on my winch with a 2" strap. But the center of the winch hub has two holes to pass the rope thru and tie it off. There are no holes on the drum sides. What type of strap end do I need for this, or is a new winch on my shopping list?
