I got a 1994 40hp Mariner, was out today for 30min everything was fine. Then i was heading upriver at full throttle and it lost power and died. I started it with the start lever and it died. It restarted and it idles fine an trolls fine but over 1/2 throttle it dies almost like somethings...

I saw a diagram and it had an oil bottle and pump but i don't see where this would go on my motor? It would be a lot easier then mixing every time?

I need to paint the console i fixed up with bando and fiberglass. As well as some other bondo fixes on the boat. I need some cheep napa or depot primer and paint in a spray can. Does rustoleum plastic paint work?
