Was reading where The parent compnay of Shakespheare bought Pure Fishing. The Feds said since Pure already owns Stren, Trilene, and Spiderwire that was a monopoly. So Shakespheare has sold there fishing line division to Zebco. The consumer won't notice a name change for awhile due to inventory supplies. Zebco says they have no intention of changing the line lineup but will transfer operations to it's own plants. I don't use shakespheare line but thought ya'll that do might find this interesting.
