Yukon Alaskan 14 Deck replacement

I have been asked by a local non profit group to replace the floor boards on their Yukon inflatable that they use for surveying bird populations. The boat is about 20 years old. The existing deck is pretty warped but I do notice that there appears to be a definite camber in the old deck and is higher where the inflatable keel sits. There are some cross braces under the deck that sit on the keel and these appear to have some curvature to them. Replacing the deck to match the old curvature is going to be very difficult (read impossible). Does anyone know if this was the way the deck boards were originally built or is the curvature the result of years of use and the inflation of the keel under them.

Yukon is no longer in business and apart from the deck boards, the boat is in good shape.

Any help or advice would be very appreciated.

Dave
