Yep, it's a TR drive, so there is a tranny inside the boat. Outdrive isn't turning a BIT in neutral.

that fella may know what's happening, though that does look like a whale tail on his drive. but i have seen folks at my local watering hole doing that, the don't have a tr drive either. + the ones i see doing it are stuck in the muck... snicker. two wrongs don't make a right....
