The affected area has been sealed off but the rest of the building remains operational, in agreement with the health and safety officers
-are these the same health and safety officers that said "ahh, the floor looks fine!"<br /><br /><br />spots

There was a guy where I last worked who was supposed to take care of all the safety issues and give all the safety training. One day he fell off a ladder at work and busted his wrist up, but good.

reviewing a 3-year workers comp report, the costliest incident was not the guy who tripped on a broom while standing on a belt loader - it was the guy who slipped on wet grass at his apartment complex ($300k+ and still going); his job title? "Safety Analyst"

To funny. I work in the H&S industry and you would be suprised at the stupid things I hear and see done, especially by the supposed "safety officers."
