Oh, I forgot to mention, if you like Rosarita Refried beans, hang on to your chair!<br /><br />Filter the Mahogany Smoked Bacon grease thru a coffee filter and into a small jar.(you can refridgerate it) When you cook the beans add a level tablespoon of the bacon grease to the full can of beans. <br /><br />I learned the bacon grease trick from a Mexican Roach Coach owner, in Van Nuys CA, back in the '80's. Any bacon grease is good, Meadow Farms bacon grease is out of this world.

I love big mountains and skiing, but pulling a trailer and doing all of the maintenance is cake compared to getting a family of five out on the mountain for skiing. Everything is my fault, including the weather
