Has anyone ever used this company (dfitechnologies.com) to rebuild/fix the computer in a ficht. I have a 2002 200hp and had a lot of false alarms. What do you think?

I would first clean all the electrical connectors/connections!
All those false alarms are rather an indication of bad electrical connections than computer failure. Computers generally do not fail gracefully, they just plain stop working.

So you think it's connections, and not computer? What does dfi do to improve the computer?

Can it also be the oil pressure switch?

You did not mention how many type of alarms you did get and how you established that those were false alarms.
If it was just one type of alarm, then yes, it could be a flaky sensor (with its connections) as well.

You should get this mtr into a BRP dlr and have him put his laptop on it and see what kind of codes you have. They build them now so you have to have a laptop with the right software and connections or take it back to a dlr.

The last code was 38, oil pressure pulses in distribution manifold not detected. What's that mean? Also code 86 cylinder 6 ignition primary open circuit detected. What's that?

Can I make a suggestion? Your title (Yes or No) gives no clue as to what your question is relating to...and many people might not bother to read your post to find out. Someone who has full knowledge of your issue and who is also willing to help might never see your post.

Maybe a title like "200 HP Ficht Error Code/Computer Issue" might elicit you better responses?
