Well when you determine if they are cracked from freeze damage you could have more problems than that so don't rush out and buy manifolds just to find out later that the engine block is also damaged..
Already checked oil... It looks clean... Hopefully that means engine block could be ok (fingers crossed )Better check your engine oil and be sure it doesn't look like a milkshake, if so drain it asap.
