I am not sure how it was winterized, I had a friend that is a marine mechanic do it... By the sounds of things, not well.... Spit manifold... That sounds really bad... The other side is leaking as well, but in drips

May want to get your friend to take a look. I can't be certain it's split but that's how it looks..

Next question.... Launch is about 1km away from where boat is to get it back on trailer... If I run it slow will it do more damage, can I get away with not paddling

Well when you determine if they are cracked from freeze damage you could have more problems than that so don't rush out and buy manifolds just to find out later that the engine block is also damaged..

Better check your engine oil and be sure it doesn't look like a milkshake, if so drain it asap.

Already checked oil... It looks clean... Hopefully that means engine block could be ok (fingers crossed šŸ¤ž)

Any clue why aftermarket parts can replace?
Ayuh,..... Not sure what this, ^^, means,....

But I can tell you that replacement parts for Yamahas don't exist in the US,....
You'll have to adapt parts for other's motors to work on yer Yamaha,....
I've heard Merc manifolds can be adapted,...

Get a tow to the dock

Find a new mechanic

Pressure test your engine cooling system

If you are lucky and it's just the manifolds, buy a lottery ticket

Good luck on finding manifolds
