I just bought and registered a small 11' inflatable dinghy with 62lb thrust motor. It's supposed to be nice next Saturday and I want to test it out. I am looking for a year-round public boat launch (that has a permanent dock -- since its too cold to walk in and I don't use a trailer) within an hour or so of Boston. Any ideas? The CT government site is really good with the descriptions about seasonal vs year round and whether or not there is a dock permanently etc (but the MA site, not so much...)....so its hard to tell from online which locations could work.
