Year of my 15hp Mercury outboard

I can't match the model # and serial # number to the supposed year. Mercury 15hp Model 1F15301HK serial 0R44610 is the leading character in the serial # a letter O or a number zero 0 ?

serial # comes back as incomplete/not found on Mercury web site.

Model number indicates 2008

I got the same result roscoe did, incomplete serial#.
