Can't tell exactly (and not really sure why you'd need it especially just for a prop), but that serial number corresponds to an owner's manual with a copyright of 1990... so I would guess it would be within a couple years of that.

My chart is showing somewhere around '91, so that's a pretty safe bet...

Looks like there might B different spline counts , Just want to get the right one.
