Thank you very much. I just bought this motor. It has been sitting for a couple of years. It starts easily and seems to run good, however, it will not plane out the boat. The boat is a 14' Mckee craft, so I don't really think I have a undersized motor. I saw some of the other post that had similar problems, so I have ordered a Carb rebuild kit and I will try that first since the motor has been sitting up. Thanks for the information.
