Year Model of my Merc 70

Looking for year model of my Merc 70 OB<br />sn 5466393. It is on a 1981 Arrow Glass<br />Tri hull. The cover is black, with blue<br />lettering. Also says Thunderbolt ignition.<br />Are these good motors? Any feedback greatly appreciated.

My book shows that as a 1979 motor. In my experience the 3 cyl Merc 70s have allways been a good motor.
